Glyph are all about progress, which is why we tend to ask lots of questions. Whether your project is online or offline, our team are forever exploring ideas to marry with best practice.

We've never really seen the point of just delivering because every piece of design, graphic or code, is an opportunity to think about the consequences of the end product.

What we do contributes to what you do, and that makes what we do very real, and that's exciting.

In graphic design terms, our daily challenge is to engage our brains with your project ambitions, explore every way that we can think of to communicate your messages, research the best format for those messages to be presented and ultimately deliver the concepts on time and within budget.

In software application terms, we try to consider the future and work backwards. When we reach the begining we then write powerful applications in lean and logical code with everyone in mind - your visitors, your customers and you, because application code should look good on the front end of whichever device we're writing for, but ultimately the code needs to work quickly and efficiently to keep everybody engaged.

So, who are we? Well there's Tim, who spent most of his youth working in the exhibition and conference market and somehow managed to teach himself how to do lots of design and code things pretty well. Sam is the most qualified Graphic Designer we know although Joe will probably argue with that and Hannah just raises her eyebrows.

Richard and Dan are super clever people who write amazing code, James is the front end designer who now bosses the aforementioned around deep in the workings of our applications and Will has taken over the front end.
